March 4, 2026 – Annual Mining Day at the Capitol

ARIZONA MINING ASSOCIATION SIGNATURE EVENT (Special guests, public and schools are invited)

The Arizona Mining Association (AMA) and the Arizona Rock Products Association (ARPA) will host the Annual Mining Day at the Capitol on Wednesday, March 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Wesley Bolin Plaza.

This free, family-friendly event will feature exhibits from participants representing the mining industry, including mining companies and suppliers and academic institutions. Attendees will learn how mining supports everyday life and fuels Arizona’s economy.

Mining Day at the Capitol offers a unique opportunity to explore Arizona’s rich mining heritage, experience modern mining operations through interactive simulators, and engage directly with industry experts to ask questions and gain insight into how mining shapes the state’s future.
