The primary responsibilities of a metallurgical laboratory technician are to carry out the tasks assigned to him/her by the Metallurgical Engineer, Sr Metallurgical Technician, or the designated supervisor, safely and efficiently. These tasks are varied, and you will be trained for each specific task you will be asked to perform. 1 to 2 years of lab experience required.
The Temperature Checkers will provide temperature scans via infrared thermometer (no touch) for all parties entering the facility. Required to record temperature screening and answers to screening questions. Will follow and abide by the Company’s Infection Control Procedure (ICP) and followed by the worker based on the answers provided by their employees related to the questions and/or temperature screened. Screening will be conducted in the parking lot, prior to having the employees enter the facility.
The primary responsibility is receiving, stocking, and organizing the warehouse. Able to lift 60 lbs., carry 30 lbs. up and down stairs. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and SAP. Forklift experience a plus.
Front desk coverage-routing calls, assisting with employee transactions, paperwork for direct deposit changes, how to start a leave request, process payroll, including schedule changes. Changes in HRIS for new hires, transfers, position changes. Routing employee relations questions to Generalist. Report and correspondence writing. Maintain databases. 2 years of experience required.
Gatekeepers are responsible for our client’s site, employees, vendors, contractors, and visitors entering the property. As all control points on site are managed by the Gatekeepers, these individuals must be exceptionally responsible, level-headed, consistent, fit for duty and reliable.
The Process Leach Pad Operator is responsible for a variety of tasks performed on the heap leach pad consisting of plumbing irrigation systems, placing drip tube for leaching, and precious metal recovery using activated carbon. Responsible for various environmental compliance and monitoring of sample systems, monitor solution systems for integrity and report any irregularities. Perform general maintenance, cleanup, and other housekeeping activities. Completes tasks assigned by Process Supervisor.
The Core Technician is responsible for learning and performing proper techniques to process and prepare samples and ensuring it is done safely, timely and accurately. Core Technicians may be trained to perform additional geotechnical duties such as taking Drill-Recovery, RQD and MagSus measurements.
The Geologist will need experience in exploration drill programs, logging core, updating geologic databases and interpretations, with additional expertise in field mapping. 1-2 years of prior experience working in precious metal exploration.
The Safety Manager is responsible for conducting all MSHA trainings, holding and attending safety meetings, and administer/coordinate/monitor Worker’s Compensation. The ideal candidate should have between 5-10 years of experience in the mining industry.
The Welder would be responsible for welding and maintaining various mining heavy mining equipment, fabricate, construct, or repair piping/ductwork/and various steel structures. The ideal candidate will be able to safely maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical power and control systems and equipment throughout a large surface mining and milling operation.

Mill Repair is responsible for repairing and maintaining mining and milling equipment, conveyors, hydraulics, pumps etc.
Safely maintain, install, troubleshoot and repair instrumentation and control equipment throughout a mining, milling and leaching-electro wining operation.
The Lineman is responsible for installing and maintaining cables and wires used to supply electrical throughout the mine.
Able to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of mobile diesel mining equipment in shop and field environment.
Electricians with specific training in SXEW and large mining P&H shovel equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to safely maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems for Mine & SXEW operations and plant facilities.
